| 1. Accelerant HMT Performance |
| Accelerant HMT is a new type aldehydic acid promoter, it is also a donor of formaldehyde which has effect on the adhesive system. It improves the rigidification of resin, and is better than accelerant H. The high-temperature scorching of HMT is safe. It has high promoter effectiveness, short time of thiolaction, and is particularly applicable to high-temperature scorching. It can also be used in SBR, Cyanide rubber, ect. It has the function of improving the performance of raw rubber and the product quality. |
2. Usage |
It can be used as the promoter of acid which has slow function of accelerant. The borderline of sulfurization temperature is 14℃, so the dangerous of scorching is very low. As the promoter, it mainly acts on the transparent products and thick products. It can also be used as resin catalyst, and widely used in phenolic aldehyde plastic industry.
HMT acts as methyl donor combined with resorcin on the all steel Ziwu tire. It has repeated function on the adhesion of rubber and steel-wire. |
