1. Performance
Multifunctional activatorDA-8 is a compound with high polymer free fatty acid zinc. It is a multifunctional activator with plasticizer, dispersing agent, modulus reinforcing agent, antiscorcher and anti-reversion reductant. In the processe of plasticating natural and synthesis rubber, it can decrease the Mooney's viscosity of rubber and have the function of elasticizer. It can act on all the dispersing agent, improve the velocity dispersion of the filler, reduce energy consumption by more than 20%. Multifunctional activatorDA-8 can also improve the intensity, tensile strength, delaying vulcanization, increasing abrasion, has the function of modulus reinforcing and antiscorching. Multifunctional activatorDA-8 has the function of anti-reversion reductant. It has no side effect on bonding rubber with metal. |
