2. Functional Characteristics |
Its interior lubrication is better than other dispersant, and it can improve the interior lubrication of rubber. It can be used on the surface of carbon black as lubricant, and has the application of chemical and physical peptizer. It acts as high efficiency dispersant. It can improve the result and efficiency of rubber mixing annealing because of its fineness lubrication which can speed up the disaggregation. Dispersant 2000 can decrease the raising heat during the mixing annealing procedure, improve the efficiency, save energy, increase the a equipment vailability and improve the stability of rubber product. It effectively improves the molecular affinity of different groups, avoids the frost phenomenon, speeds up the dispersion of filler, improves the homogeneity of rubber, and has high strength of dispersion. It has particular characteristic that it can improve the stability among different rubber. It can decrease the cost because of decomposition under the higher temprature (60℃-180℃).
This produce disperses quickly and evenly because of its tow melting point. It can also improve the thiol group activator and does not affect aging. It can be used on mixing machine and have better function under high temperature. |

It is better using 1-2 phy and suitable for NR, SBR and NBR. It is packed with Composite bag 2Okg per package. |
