1. Performance
Peptizer-B is a chemical rubber peptizer of thiophenol. This produce has no toxicity and pollution, and is produced by introduced the technology from research unit. It is made of pentachlorophenol thiophenol as the main body, with activator and dispersing agent. It can improve the efficiency and shortening the time of plasticating, if 0.1%-0.2% of peptizer-B is used in banbury mixer machine and mixing machine. It can cut down the cost and reduce energy consumption by 15%-20%. It can guarantee good dispersibility of different added activator during the process, which can improve the technology of rubber processing, reduce rubber contraction and have no effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber.
This produce is suitable for plasticating of natural rubber and can also be used to synthesis rubber (SBR, Cyanide rubber, ect. )It can cut the rubber molecular or high-speed hydrocrack to gain the demanded plasticity, its technique index has reached the similar product level overseas |
